Prices and Payment

The monthly charge for the 9 Star System is $9.95.  By placing your initial order, you authorize Healthy Endeavors Inc. (aka HealthyPetBiz) to charge your account a monthly subscription fee.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Stenographic or clerical errors are subject to correction.  All purchases are to be made in US dollars. If payment is not received from Customer, Healthy Endeavors Inc. reserves the right to disable or cancel Customers use of the Products.  Orders are entered and reviewed by Healthy Endeavors Inc. when they are received from Customer. However, Healthy Endeavors Inc. will not be held liable for any processing delays or damages which may result from such delays.

Cancellation/Refunds

Customers may cancel their account and use of the products within the first thirty (30) days of activation for a full refund.  After the first 30 days, any cancellation notice will be activated within 24 hours but the monthly subscription fee may still apply if already billed for that month.  Cancellation of the account must be made in writing and sent to the following email address support@healthypetbiz.com.  Refunds will be directly credited to Customer's bank account or credit card.

It is Your responsibility to keep Your payment information accurate and current with the Site. If a monthly payment cannot be processed, You will be given a minimum of six (6) business days notice to rectify the situation and make the payment.  Failure to rectify the situation within six (6) business days will lead to a cancellation of the account as described below.
